Do I have to use your partners?
No. You are always free to use your own preferred provider instead of any partner we suggest, and it will not affect your accreditation or the rest of your bundle.
How are partners chosen?
A partner is recommended because they are the right fit for what your organisation needs, not because of any fee we may receive. The same partners are recommended regardless of the size of the engagement.
Do you receive a commission from your partners?
In some cases, yes. We may receive a referral fee from a partner if you go on to work with them. We are happy to tell you which of our recommendations involve a referral fee before you decide, and a commission never affects who we recommend or what we advise.
